The Honor Magic Vs 3 will debut alongside other Honor devices such as the Magic V3, MagicPad 2, and MagicBook Art 14 on July 12 in China. Ahead of the launch, the company has started accepting pre-orders for the Magic Vs3. The official listing of the device revealed its design, color schemes, and storage options even before the official announcement.
Design
Official images of the Honor Magic Vs3 show that it will have a different camera module design compared to the Magic V3. The V3 has an octagonal camera module placed in the center of the top half. It will be available in four shades: brown, black, green, and white.
The Magic Vs3, on the other hand, has a rectangular camera module located in the upper left corner. The device seems to have a side fingerprint scanner and a metal frame. It will be available in three colors: black, white, and green.
Main specifications (rumored)
Unfortunately, not much is known about the Honor Magic Vs3 specifications. The official listing confirms that it will be available in 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB versions.
There is a possibility that the Magic Vs3 could be equipped with a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 or 8 Gen 2 chipset on board. If you take a closer look at the device’s camera module, you can see that it has a periscope telephoto camera. However, there is no information about the device’s camera configuration.
According to reports, the Magic V3 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. Other expected features include an IPX8 rating, a 50-megapixel primary camera with OIS, a 3.5x periscope telephoto camera, a 5,200 mAh battery, 66W fast charging, and wireless charging. It will have a thin profile of 9.7 mm and weigh only 226 grams.
