SARASOTA COUNTY, Fla. – The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office has apprehended two suspects in connection with the murder of Edward James Dukes Jr., 47, of Sarasota. Damontae Montrell Tillery, 24, of Sarasota, and Karriem Jermaine McDowell Jr., 23, of Brooksville, were arrested late Friday, August 2nd, and are currently in custody at the Sarasota County Correctional Facility.
