Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has urged the European Union to step up its efforts to procure artillery shells for its armed conflict with Russia. “We are having the biggest war in Europe since the Second World War and we need these grenades to defend Europe,” Kuleba said on Wednesday at a press conference with EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell in Kiev. “We are talking here today about the defence of Europe and this requires extraordinary measures,” Kuleba asserted.
