Two escaped convicts who fled from a secure medical facility in Bavaria were recaptured in Turkey on August 30, police said on Saturday. The pair fled with two other inmates from the Straubing District Hospital, north-east of Munich, on August 17. The other two men had already been recaptured in Austria. The police said one of the escaped convicts was seen at a migration centre in the Turkish city of Edirne, near the border with Bulgaria and Greece.
