Work will begin to resurface the junction in Upwell to replace a worn-out road. Resurfacing of the A1101 Main Road with the B1094 Silt Road and the B1094 Penny Toll Road will take place starting from Wednesday, May 15. The works will replace the existing, worn-out road surface and is expected to take two nights to complete, subject to weather conditions. The work, which will cost £117,000, will be carried out by Norfolk County Council’s Community and Environmental Services Department and their contractors.
