A delegation from Hamas’s leadership will meet with their counterparts from Fatah in Cairo on Tuesday to discuss a unified vision for the administration of Gaza. The delegation, which arrived in the Egyptian capital late on Monday, is headed by Khalil al-Hayya, deputy head of Hamas’s political bureau in the Gaza Strip, and includes Husam Badran, head of its Arab Relations Department.
