Kigali [Rwanda], April 8 (ANI/WAM): Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of State, met with Paul Kagame, President of the Republic of Rwanda, during his visit to the capital, Kigali.
