The leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has blamed the current economic hardship on the activities of terrorists and killer herders. Primate Ayodele said the economy would recover when the government resorts to capital punishment as a punitive measure for anyone arrested.
