A bid to build a new housing development in a growing village looks set for approval despite earlier protests. Freebridge Community Housing, one of the largest providers of affordable homes in West Norfolk, wants to build 29 homes in Stoke Ferry. The site in Lynn Road sits next to the village hall and the 100% affordable homes scheme providing a mix of one-bed and four-bed homes also includes the construction of a new car park for the community centre.
