Eizo has recently introduced the EV3450XC, a 34-inch curved monitor designed for designers abroad. This monitor boasts a high-resolution display ideal for creative workflows, often referred to as “dual 2K” (3440 x 1440 pixels).

Although “dual 2K” is not an official technical term, it essentially means that the horizontal resolution is roughly equivalent to two 1080p displays placed side by side. This provides a crisp and immersive viewing experience, with plenty of screen space for designers and creatives to work with.

The EV3450XC prioritizes color accuracy by covering the sRGB color gamut. It has 300 nits brightness, 1000:1 static contrast ratio and 5ms response time, suitable for most design and productivity applications.

For ergonomics, the monitor’s stand allows for tilting and can be mounted to a wall using the VESA 100×100 mm standard. In terms of connectivity, it comes with a variety of ports: 1 USB-B, 2 USB-C, 2 USB-A, and 2 HDMI (specific versions not listed). The monitor is also equipped with two 4W speakers.

The price and exact release date have not yet been announced, but it is expected to go on sale in July.
