South Carolina football will wear garnet helmets, white jerseys and white pants in the Gamecocks’ SEC opener against Kentucky, the team announced on X, formerly known as Twitter, on Saturday. Coincidentally, South Carolina wore the same uniform combination when it last played the Wildcats at Kroger Field in 2022. The Gamecocks won that matchup 24-14.
