The Ministry of Energy of Lithuania has proposed dismantling its closed thermal power plants for spare parts to support Ukraine’s energy system, according to the Minister of Energy Herman Halushchenko. “I had a conversation with the Minister of Energy of Lithuania. They proposed to use their closed thermal power plants as donors, meaning possibly dismantling and obtaining the necessary spare parts for us from them,” he said.
