The Abia State Secretariat of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) at 45 Finbers Road, Umuahia, has been sealed by men believed to be officials of the Umuahia Capital Development Authority (UCDA). The Secretariat was sealed by the officials on Wednesday. No reason was given for the development.
