SEATTLE — A 13-year-old girl and a 15-year-old boy accused of intentionally hitting pedestrians using stolen cars on Aurora Avenue were charged this week in King County Superior Court. Both are charged with second-degree assault, and the 15-year-old is also charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle and hit-and-run with injuries.
