NJ Transit has expanded a program to six more counties that lets senior citizens and disabled passengers use a Uber or Lyft for hire a vehicle instead of waiting for an Access Link van or car. The program, Rider’s Choice, is now offered in 14 of New Jersey’s 21 counties. The expansion includes Bergen, Passaic, Hudson, Mercer, Monmouth, Middlesex, as well northern Ocean.
