A Federal High Court has granted an application by the national chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Abdullahi Ganduje, for substituted service on APC Ganduje Ward executive members who suspended him from the party. Justice Abdullahi Muhammad Liman granted the application by Ganduje’s lawyer, Hadiza Nasiru Ahmad, on Tuesday. The ward executives, led by one Haladu Gwanjo and eight others, suspended Ganduje from the party on April 15 for alleged infractions.
