Former governor of Bayelsa State, Seriake Dickson, has said Rivers State will remain peaceful if Governor Sim Fubara and the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nyesom Wike, continue to exhibit restraint. Dickson urged Fubara to continue showing restraint because power without it was dangerous.
