Commuters are being affected by congestion on a major road. At least ten minute delays have been exeprienced by drivers on the A46 road. The delays are on and in the vicinity of Farndon Roundabout Northbound in Nottinghamshire. The area is being affected by the closure of the nearby A617 road between Newark and Kelham due to flooding. Average speeds in the area have dropped to ten mph.
