The Czech Constitutional Court has stipulated that a legal change of gender can be possible in future without sterilization or surgical gender reassignment measures, after the court’s judges made a ruling on Tuesday in the city of Brno. The current legal requirements were contrary to the fundamental right to physical integrity and violated the human dignity of those affected, the court ruled.
