Last night, Russian troops shelled a power facility in the Kirovohrad region, damaging houses and wounding an 8-year-old child, according to the head of Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration, Andrii Raikovych. “As a result of a Russian missile attack on the Kirovohrad region in the Oleksandriia district, a critical infrastructure facility was damaged.
