“Ukraine is a difficult but important market for Turkey,” said Hepsiburada CEO Nilhan Onal Gokcetekin. “This is a strategic investment for us. In the future, (Ukraine) will return to normal and we want to be ready.” While the company’s initial focus will be on testing operations in Ukraine, Gokcetekin noted that the company’s long-term strategy is based on collaborating with local partners.
