The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu on Monday lamented the delay in transmitting his case file from the Supreme Court to the Abuja Federal High Court. In December 2023, the Supreme Court had upturned the Appeal Court ruling that squashed all terrorism charges against Kanu.
