(The Center Square) – Colorado lawmakers passed a key property tax bill with bipartisan support on Wednesday, the last day of the legislative session. During the last few years, average home values in many Colorado areas increased by as much as 40%, resulting in drastic increases in assessments and property taxes. In the final days of the 2023 session last year, the General Assembly moved to put Proposition HH on the November ballot.
