Five candidates have thrown their hat into the ring with the hope of being named the new police and crime commissioner. They are Tim Bearder, Russell Douglas Fowler, Ben Holden-Crowther, Tim Starkey and current PCC Matthew David Barber. All five will be going head to head for the position which acts as a bridge between the police and the public.
