Throughout January, Greene King pubs have been taking in plastic tubs for its Tub2Pub scheme, to recycle into money for Macmillan Cancer Support. This is the fourth year that local organisation Thatcham Refillable is supporting the campaign. The tubs are traditionally taken to The Bear pub in Hungerford and then sent to DCW Polymers’ plastic reprocessing centre in Exeter. This year they were held at The Berkshire Arms.
