Dover’s Jake Dixon says it’s a good time to race at Silverstone next month after the Moto2 racer enjoyed his best result of the season so far with second place at the German Grand Prix. The result was a step up from his only previous visit to the podium so far this year, when the Aspar Team rider was third in the Catalunya race back in May, and leaves him with momentum when the series resumes after a four-week break with the British Grand Prix on August 2-4.
