A Heacham caravan owner was just over the drink-drive limit when he was pulled over by police. Martin Bailey, 58, appeared at Lynn Magistrates’ Court on Thursday where he admitted to driving above the specified alcohol limit. Prosecutor Lesla Small said that at around 10pm on October 14, police were performing a routine stop at Heacham’s High Street when they pulled over the car that Bailey was driving.
