A Dersingham resident who was banned from his local shop thought it would be okay to go back in – but was told he was not allowed in and left the store with a bottle of gin. Jason Drewery, 37, of Hipkin Road, appeared at Lynn Magistrates’ Court on Thursday where he admitted theft from the supermarket on August 22. Prosecutor Stephen Munton explained that at 2.40pm, Drewery went into the Co-op in Dersingham and picked up a bottle of pink gin and a bottle of lemonade.
