Chelsea are reportedly closing in on a deal to sign Brazilian youngster Estevao Willian this summer. It was claimed yesterday that they had come to an agreement on personal terms with the 17-year-old, and it was only the two clubs that needed to work out details. Estevao is likely going to set the Blues back the largest fee yet of any of their young signings, with them not afraid to sign a plethora of young talent.
