A baker was left heartbroken after seeing a converted caravan she sold sweet treats from, go up in flames. Yesterday evening, firefighters were called to Dane Park in Margate over the blaze. The fire was put out roughly 20 minutes after firefighters’ arrival and no injuries were reported. The van used to be known as The Bakewell Cart and was owned by Sally Martin who runs Bun in the Oven Cakery. The baker fixed up the vehicle after purchasing it in September 2022.
