An 18-year-old Florida man, Skylar Snyder, surrendered to authorities Thursday following accusations of selling the gun used in the accidental shooting of a 13-year-old boy last month. The incident, which occurred in Port Orange on July 27th, left the young victim paralyzed from the waist down.
