A former Republican Maryland governor appeared on Fox Business to complain about Donald Trump’s drag on his U.S. Senate campaign. Larry Hogan is running against one of Vice President Kamala Harris’ dear friends, Angela Alsobrooks. But the polls haven’t been great for Hogan, whom Trump has endorsed.
