Christian Horner has been cleared for a second time after the female employee who accused him of ‘inappropriate behaviour’ saw her appeal dismissed. The Red Bull team principal faced an internal investigation earlier this year with an an external lawyer questioning him over allegations from the woman. The 50-year-old was eventually cleared of all wrongdoing by the investigation, however the complainant used her right to an appeal soon after the decision in March.
