Former LSU All-American Paul Skenes has been promoted to the Pittsburgh Pirates active roster, and the right-handed pitcher is scheduled to make his MLB debut on Saturday when the Pirates play host to the Chicago Cubs at PNC Park in Pittsburgh. Skenes, the No. 1 overall selection by the Pirates in last summer’s MLB Draft, is the 84th Major Leaguer in the illustrious history of LSU Baseball.
