PLANT CITY, Fla. – Aaron Tyler Chasteen, 28, of Plant City, was arrested on multiple charges after police say he fired rounds at a woman’s feet and stole her vehicle. On Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. Plant City Police Department responded to the area of 25 Mays St. to the report of a shooting. “It was learned that a male subject pointed a firearm at two adult males who were on a golf cart.
