A drag queen helped Hummingbird Cancer Support Group score a big win at Bishop’s Stortford rugby club’s 11th annual Ladies’ Day. Fanny Galore provided the entertainment as the Silver Leys-based club raised £4,239.65 for the charity at their home match with Rosslyn Park on February 24. The cash was raised for Hummingbird, which holds Monday meetings at South Mill Arts, by auctioning the first team’s shirts and three other lots after the game.
