New Delhi [India], October 9 (ANI): A Congress delegation is scheduled to meet Election Commission on Wednesday evening over results of Haryana assembly polls which the party had described as “totally unexpected, completely surprising, counter-intuitive and against ground-reality and said “it is not possible” for the party “to accept the results”.
