Samsung’s A-series is getting ready to move into its sixth generation with the new budget phone Samsung Galaxy A06. According to the usual schedule, the phone may debut on the global market by the end of this year. Earlier we have already seen the phone’s design, and some specifications have appeared in the Google Play Console listing.

The listing of Samsung Galaxy A06 on Google Play Console has confirmed that it is a 4G device, just like its predecessor. The device with the model number “SM-A065F” will be equipped with a MediaTek Helio G85 (MT6769V/CZ) chipset with an ARM Mali G52 GPU, as predicted in previous leaks.
Other specifications include a 4GB RAM module and a display with a resolution of 1600x720p and 300 DPI. The Samsung Galaxy A06 will ship with Android 14 out of the box, combined with the company’s proprietary One UI Core shell. The phone has a U-shaped notch in the shape of a water drop and two color options – black and silver – with a thin stripe.
