Prince Harry “would have been upset” about missing the Duke of Westminster’s wedding, royal commentator Rafe Heydel-Mankoo has claimed. The Duke of Sussex is said to have pulled out of attending the wedding of Hugh Grosvenor after acknowledging the difficulties his presence may have sparked.
