An Afghan national has been charged by federal authorities with plotting a terrorist attack on Election Day in the United States in support of ISIS, according to a report. The FBI arrested Nasir Ahmad Tawhedi, 27, Monday in Oklahoma, CNN reported, after he bought rifles and ammunition from an undercover law enforcement officer. Tawhedi, who has lived in the country for three years, faces charges including conspiring and attempting to provide material support to ISIS.
