DaShawn Jones, a transfer cornerback from Wake Forest, has committed to Alabama out of the portal. On3’s Hayes Fawcett reported the news. Jones has spent the last three years with the Demon Deacons as he just completed his redshirt sophomore season in Winston-Salem. Over the past two campaigns, he appeared in 22 games with nine starts coming this past season. During that time, Jones posted 61 tackles, seven deflections, and a trio of interceptions.
