New accessible toilets have been installed in a popular park. The Changing Places toilet replaces the rundown facilities in Central Park, near Cranford Road, in Dartford after funding was awarded last year from the Department for Levelling Up. The toilet offers an array of specialist equipment, including a height-adjustable changing bench, full-length mirror, ceiling track hoist system, peninsular toilet, drop-down rails and vertical grab rails and a colostomy bag shelf.
