A good samaritan who went to see if someone was well is said to have been assaulted and then forced to withdraw cash from an ATM. The man, in his 60s, was in Berkley Crescent, Gravesend, when he stopped to check on the welfare of a person. He was then reportedly threatened and assaulted by a man he did not know on December 13 last year. It is alleged the suspect then went with the victim to a cash point where money was withdrawn and stolen.
