A town’s Aldi store has been closed due to a technical issue. Customers at the supermarket in Victoria Road, Ashford, have been turned away this morning as the shop has temporarily shut. A sign on the door of the building reads: “Due to a technical issue this store is closed. “Sorry for any inconvenience.” It is not yet known how long the store will be shut. Aldi has been contacted for further details. It comes as the supermarket giant is set to open two more stores in the town.
