The November update for Google Pixel devices running Android 15 is rolling out now. This version doesn’t include any exciting new features like the AI-powered theft protection in the October update, but it does include bug fixes and the latest security patches that improve the device’s performance.
The new software includes fixes for known issues with Bluetooth range, camera tilt when zooming between cameras, and unexpected white dot flashing or flickering or screen brightness. Also fixed are the inactivation of adaptive brightness, incorrect operation of the keyboard shutdown button, performance and stability of some transitions and interface animations.
Android 15 was released last month for Pixel devices, following the debut of the Pixel 9 line in August. The annual software update focuses on security and privacy, such as an AI-powered lock with theft detection and additional authentication requirements when removing SIM cards and deactivating the Find My Device feature.
Google says the November Pixel update begins today and will roll out in stages over the next week. You’ll see a notification when it’s ready for your device and carrier.
