A good Samaritan who stopped to see if the drivers involved in an I-95 crash were alright got a shock Wednesday when a New Jersey motorist allegedly stole the passerby’s car, police announced Thursday. A white Ram pickup truck was traveling in the right southbound lane of I-95 in Newark, Delaware on Wednesday morning when it was rear-ended by a red Toyota Rav4, according to a release from the Delaware State Police.
