Any pupil with an A in their school report will be able to travel for free on local trains on the first day of the summer holidays in Bavaria, the rail operator Deutsche Bahn announced in Munich on Tuesday. Free travel for schoolchildren will be available on July 29 from midnight to midnight in 2nd class on all local trains in Bavaria, Deutsche Bahn said.
