An Indian restaurant is celebrating after being named among the country’s best and seeing its head chef pick up a prestigious award. Shozna in Rochester was named one of the UK’s top 100 restaurants at the Asian Oriental & Chef Awards. The independent eatery was recognised for its achievements during a grand ceremony held at the House of Lords in London on election day (Thursday, July 4).
