HERNANDO COUNTY, Fla. – A 76-year-old Hudson woman tragically lost her life after being struck by a vehicle while crossing US-19 near Algood Lane on Monday at around 12:50 pm. According to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the incident occurred when a Toyota Sienna, driven by a 44-year-old Hudson man, was traveling southbound on US-19.
