A pub has donated thousands of pounds to Thatcham Rotary Club. The Rowbarge pub donated £3,800 to support the club with its charity efforts. The Rowbarge is one of 80 pubs in the Brunning & Price Group. And it won the Inter Pub Competition to see who could generate the most money for charity from a single event. The pub has also supported Thatcham Rotary for many years, hosting the club’s annual duck race – an event it says brings the community together.
